Help them to increase their self confidence through ventilating and increase their self esteem. So that their emotional health may be in good condition.
2. Referral Work
With the priority based on the sickness we refer them to the specialist and help them in their medical expenses too.
3. Counselling
Parental Counselling; Those who are having children's with these type of behaviour can approach us for further guidance.
4. Home Schooling; and Personality Development
Teach them their own values and skills and public relations to help them to live the dignified life. For the illiterate and drop outs from the school are given adult educations in their residence its self.
5. Vocational Training and Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation; Shelter for the New Members and also for the aged Transgender; Giving care, shelter and helping them to have resting time with the scheduled programs according to their age. Acceptance and Accommodation; DEAR India Trust primary work is to accept the LGBT Community as they are and help them to live. Vocational trainings are given through the networking with other NGO's as well as finding the jobs for the willing candidates.
6. Medical help and care for the sick and aged Transgender

7. Organizing medical camps, retreats and special programs
Retreat in April for homosexuals, LGBT together on first week of November. in march for lesbion.and In December for transgender, We conduct monthly meetings , through this meeting we teach moral, ethical teaching, de addiction programmes, depression management, counselling, Hygiene, health awareness, nutrition, small savings, medical camps, sports.
8. Awareness programs
To Institutions such as churches, colleges, schools, youth and teen age boys and to the staff of the institutions and for the teachers, mentors and to the needy parents will help them to overcome these issues. We will conduct a workshop for the people who are having concerns for this group of people. Bible colleges, Churches, Seminaries and Christian Institutions; Will be given special workshop to understand this needy community.
9. FEMALE SEX WORKERS
this charitable trust is focused to help them to get employment opportunities, Life skill training, Counseling, Rehabilitation centre, Providing Nutrition to HIV + persons, Moral activities teaching.
10. Nutrition's food to the HIV Clients (highly vulnerable);
In order to increase the life span of the Highly vulnerable and week clents those who are infected with the HIV are given priority based on their background and economic conditions; given care and nutritious food to the sick people.
